Instructor SIRTification Camp
Our SIRTification Camp is designed to teach trainers how to teach proper shooting techniques using, the only diagnostic tool in the shooting world, the SIRT Pro Training Pistol. NLT Performance division was established to bring the best training to our clients. The performance team is comprised of the best in U.S. Special Operations, Law Enforcement and Competition Shooting. Our training philosophy is simple: bring together the best talent to work with clients to enhance and build skills in instruction and operations.

Camp SIRTification Overview: Day 1: Starts in the classroom covering a wide range of topics. The student will walk away with a comprehensive knowledge of the SIRT Pro Training Pistol. Additional topics covered in the classroom are an overview of the SIRT Systems Dealer Program and the current contract NLT has with the NRA. Once the student is introduced and understands how the SIRT Pro Training Pistol works the course moves on to teach training principles that each student can take home and incorporate in their own training classes. The last activity of Day 1 is a dry fire training session held on the range. Day 2: This training day is spent entirely on the range. The student will be instructed how to incorporate dry fire with live fire for the ultimate training experience. Skills cover include draw, magazine changes, pistol malfunctions, strong hand/weak hand and performance drills. After completion of NLT Basic Combat Marksmanship, the students will have the knowledge, materials and the teaching techniques to build better more consistent shooters. |
